How It Works
Hand in your film
Hand your film in by filling out our online order form, making payment and placing your film inside one of our convenient drop boxes. Alternatively post your film to us.
Check your email
Once we have collected your order, we will send you an email confirmation. Orders are collected from our drop box locations twice per week
Turnaround times:
1-4 business days for colour processing/scanning
4-7 business days for black and white processing/scanning
What happens next?
Once we have received your order and processed your film, you will receive an email from us with a link to your gallery.
*You must download your images within 3 months of receiving them. After this time, your link will expire and access to the gallery will no longer be available.
*Please note- we don’t offer physical hard copy prints, we focus on professional digital scans
Negatives
After we have processed and scanned your film, you have the choice of either having your negatives returned to you or opting for disposal. If you wish to keep your negatives, please ensure that you pay for the postage and provide your accurate postal address during the checkout process.
*It's important to note that if you do not select the option to keep your negatives, they will be disposed of after the scanning process is completed.
